Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We’re excited to send joy, imagination, and inspiration straight to your doorstep. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During high‑volume periods (holidays, new releases, or sales), processing may take an additional day or two.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another when it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Typical delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

If you’d like to send items to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.

Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are unable to replace or refund it. If your package is missing, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We’ll do our best to assist you in locating it.

International Shipping

If you plan to ship outside the U.S., we can add international options. Just let me know and I’ll expand this section.
