Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business! We want you to love every book, bookmark, and sticker you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns &
Exchanges

Because our products are paper‑based and easily damaged once opened, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund. 

To keep our products safe and hygienic for all customers, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used books

  • Bookmarks

  • Stickers

  • Digital products (if you ever add them)

All sales of these items are final unless damaged upon arrival.

Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing, depending on your bank.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier first. We’ll do our best to assist, but we cannot replace orders marked as delivered.

 

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, we begin processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.
